Oblong folio of 21, [2] pp. 1-42 columns on [21] pp, 43-175 pp. 176-237 col. on 31 pp. 1 bl. p. 240. Engraved title and 288 coats of arms in gouache and watercolor. Ivory half-vellum laced folder, gilt ill. on upper cover (G. Deltombe, bookbinder-gilder in Paris). Limited and unique edition. Copy no. 17, signed by the illuminators (Joseph-Emmanuel VAN DRIESTEN and Marie VAN PARYS-DRIESTEN) with the autograph note "ne sera jamais réimprimé" ("will never be reprinted"). Some foxing, damage to laces, wear to dust jacket. A good copy.
