18K (750/1000) yellow gold double-headed curb chain holding in medallion a 20 LIRE gold coin dated 1866 in closed setting, on the obverse engraved with the inscription: PIVS IX PON- MAX-AN-XXI and the bust of the Holy Father, Pius IX facing left, on the reverse, STATO PONTIFICIO, decorated with a crown of oak and laurel branches. (one of the ring clasps is missing).
