The copy is enriched with a flying faux-title of the work with a dispatch from the author: "A monsieur le comte Jouffroy d'Abbans, membre du conseil g[énéral] du Doubs, hommage d'une respectueuse et haute considération. L. Boissy [...]". Count Charles Joseph Ferdinand de JOUFFROY D'ABBANS (1820-1903), was a general councillor and then deputy for Doubs.
