[LAMARTINE (Alphonse)]. Certificate of reform, Tulin camp, June 2, 1694, signed by Philippe-Estienne de LAMARTINE DE MONCEAU (1665-1735), great-grandfather of Alphonse de LAMARTINE, then captain in the Orleans Infantry. In-12 with red wax seal. Document drawn up in favor of LARIGEUR, corporal in the grenadiers, after 22 years of service; having received several wounds, "we have given him the present certificate to be used to enter the invalids". The document also bears the signatures of COLERINS, DES ONDES, PUGET, CADRIEU, commander of the regiment, VELLERN, COUCY and LA CHARME. With Alphonse de LAMARTINE's genealogy in ink.
