Paris, Imprimerie Nationale, November 1870. Folder (55.5 x 45 cm). "As for me, I've made up my mind, I swear it before you, before the whole nation: I'll only enter Paris dead or victorious; you may see me fall, but you won't see me back down. So don't stop, but avenge me." The terrible battle of Champigny was lost by the French, and General DUCROT returned to Paris alive and slightly wounded. Marginal creasing with a few small tears, small tears at the folds. Good condition.
