Paris, September 8, 1792. On printed vellum, by Janet, in an engraved frame. Oblong. 24.7 x 29.5. Red wax seal and wet stamp of the Section du Marché des Innocens. On verso is an autograph note from LUCHAIRE, captain of the canoniers, countersigned by THEUREL, commander-in-chief, attesting that LAURANT "ses trouvé allafaire du 10 aout 1792 et dan tout autre affaire ou illa étté mandé et si et comporté an brave soldat [...]". Enclosed: a Brevet de la Garde Nationale de Poissy, partly printed on vellum, laminated on gtris cardboard (very faded writing, missing parts). Seal damaged, a few small holes, foxing.
