The author (anonymous) illuminates by his commentary the 18 titles of the customary law of Lorraine. This work is part of the great and last general recension of customary law before the Revolution. Well readable writing, systematically framed text, clearly identified titles and articles, advertisements. Signature on the first page: Sialle (?). Inscription at the top of this p., almost faded. Provenance: ex-libris label of Doctor René Billard in Dole (Jura).
